My hometown- Sibu

In meeting my members, I took the chance to dropby my hometown, Sibu and caught up with my Uncle (my father's brother) Cheng Yew Jock and my aunty Cheng Yeh Mei. meeting up with them reminds me of my father. Uncle Yew Jock looks so much like my father that once, my daughter when she was 7 years old - ran up to him and called him Kong kong (mistaking him for my father!). 

I always remember those days when we'll always be back for Chinese New Year Family Re-unions. We used to stay in Brooke Drive and in the week-ends they had Bangsawan performances. It was fun times and I think we had closer rapport amongst all the communities.

In Sibu, I will never miss having my favourite Udang Galah Noodle! Wow - it's such a luxury  as it is getting quite expensive now. But I think it's so good that we can spoil ourselves when we come home to our kampong!
